June 2025

Announcements

  • Happy Father's Day!
  • Please help us officially welcome our newest team members: Zachary Bolton, Catheleen Lockwood, Abigail Narug, Jayse Skaggs, & Raven Smith. As always, thank you all for helping them learn the ropes & making them feel welcome!
  • Please also help us recognize May's Perfect Attendance awardees: Benjamin Reed, Burt Berg, Katie Drummond, Kristina Bruce, Kyle Jefferies, Mary Chadbourne, Megan Scott, & Ramona Russell! Way to go, guys!
  • Everyone has been sent updated invitations for our all-staff meetings, containing new virtual meeting links. There are separate links for monthly meetings & mandatory meetings. You can access these from your Outlook Calendars. On the months our meetings are mandatory, you will see both, "All-Staff Meeting" & "Mandatory Staff Meeting". Please, on those months, only use the "Mandatory Staff Meeting" link when attending virtually. We apologize for the confusion, but this was the only way all of our meetings could be set to auto-repeat & still identify when they are mandatory.
  • For our newest team members, staff meetings are held at 9am on the second Wednesday of each month. They are only mandatory quarterly (every 3 months). However, we encourage everyone to attend monthly to help us recognize our award winners & to provide your unique insight on important issues.
  • PCGH Board Meetings are held at 4:30pm on the second Monday of each month at the Hampton Inn in St. Robert. You are always welcome to attend. (They serve pizza.)
  • We value all of our team members! As a token of appreciation, we would like to offer each of you your choice of the following company products: silicone bracelets, pens, lanyards, keychains, & drawstring backpacks. We will be passing around a sign-up sheet with pictures for each of you to select 3 items, at no cost to you.
  • Please keep working on your apprenticeship classes in Relias & remember to let us know your completion status to receive your raises promptly. (You receive a 50 cent raise for every 50 hours completed.)
  • Since the Employee of the Month is announced at our monthly All-Staff Meeting, newsletter content will now be posted on the 15th of each month, rather than the 1st. Again, we will no longer be publishing them. They are exclusively available here.

Building Behavioral Bridges

Please watch the following recording of a very valuable webinar on the the ABCs of behavior. This is the first in a series provided by Licensed Behavior Analyst, Courtney June.

This information is usually provided at graduate-level education, which is very expensive & time consuming. We cannot express how lucky we are to receive these summarized sessions, which align with Positive Behavior Supports & Tools of Choice, for free. Please, take advantage of this great opportunity:
