Salary: $17.00 – $18.50/hr

Join Pulaski County Group Home as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help us build a community rooted in compassion, respect, integrity, teamwork, and trust.

DSPs work directly with the individuals we serve across all of our care settings—including our group home, respite center, and ISL homes—to promote independence, dignity, and a meaningful quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Help individuals with daily living activities like personal care, meals, and hygiene

• Administer medication (if certified) and support individual goals

• Assist with outings, appointments, and community engagement

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

• Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date

• Work closely with a caring and committed team

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Valid Driver’s License (Class E preferred in Missouri)

• A kind heart, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
